"Just a quick thank you to your team and Allan and Simon in particular. I was a bit worried when they had to dig a trench through a concrete path, a patio, a flowering hedge, a lawn, and a huge leylandii screen hedge to reach the main drain 50 feet away. For a while it looked like a WW1 movie set with trenches and piles of rubble. Three days later it was back to hedges and lawns with the pipe safely replaced and underground.
