Having suffered with blocked drains for many months we have tried many of the well known drainage company’s in Cornwall. I cannot tell you how many sleepless nights I have had worrying about this problem also the expense of having the drain cleared periodically .Any way one bank holiday when my family came down to stay it blocked again with sewage overflowing from the man holes. My son decided to sort it out and called South West Drains, they were here very quickly and soon located the blockage.
Before we knew it the drains were clear and the over flowing man holes cleaned up .now where South West Drains differ from other drainage company’s is that before I would write a cheque and they were gone. Joe spent time looking for solutions to the problem. We decided to have a camera survey there and then and to our amazement this uncovered where the problem was. Within a week the problem was rectified and we haven’t had a problem since. I cannot recommend Joe (South West Drains) highly enough, they are very efficient, smart and courteous but more than that they listen to you and in my case found the source of the problem .will have no hesitation in recommending South West Drains to my friends and family.
